James Brown, Jr.

Quality Assurance Manager

With over 12 years of quality experience, James Brown serves as the focal point and technical support liaison between the plant facility and the various corporate support groups to provide, develop and oversee the effective deployment of a product, process and quality strategy. James provides overall leadership and management of the Quality Assurance department in performing quality, safety, compliance and certification functions. Prior to joining Thrace-LINQ, James served as a Manager of Quality & Engineering for Shaw Industries and as Continuous Improvement Manager for Behr Heat Transfer Systems. James received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel and an MBA from Webster University.
